    What an excellent work you are doing. Thanks for letting me in on it all. I shall bookmark it and tell others! It is an incredibly complex field and I greatly appreciate that you are willing to sift and sort information to help us all!

    Well done Sam, I wish you luck and hopefully this site will grow and many people will use it to get info from, it will be a huge task but one step at a time it can be gradually filled with useful facts.

    So Sam, we know everything we cannot eat and it is scary what is being put in our food and nothing is being done about it. But do tell what can we eat? I would love to see a section with foods (besides peanut butter) that we can eat and feel ok about. I guess our thanksgiving meal is not going to pass mustard!
